FLYERS DROP OPENING TILT

The Saint John Vitos scored with 12 minutes left in the third to break a tie and then went on to defeat the Moncton Rallye Motors Nissan Flyers 5 - 4 in the opening game of the NBPEI Major U18 League on Friday night.
The Flyers were led by Justin Gendron and Phil Collette who both had a goal and two assists. Tristan Sanchez and Brandon Cormier also scored and Luke Patterson had two assists.
Goaltender Xavier Farrah faced 31 shots.
